The CC-3 cosine corrector (diffuser) is mainly used to measure radiation and light. Owing to diffraction in the diffusing material, a receiving characteristic of the incident irradiation close to Lambert distribution is reached. Lambert distribution is significant for light measurement.
The CC-3 version has an O.D. barrel with a black oxide finish, and screw on to the end of an SMA terminated optical fibre. Each corrector has SMA905 connectors for convenient coupling to optical fibres.

Collimation lenses for the UV- and VIS/NIR range
The collimating lenses convert divergent beams of light into a parallel beam. The lenses are optimised for the UV/VIS/NIR range, are SMA terminated for coupling to optical fibre assemblies and have anodised aluminium housings. The focal point can be adjusted. The COL-UV-90 is used to have the collimated light exit under a 90-degree angle. Optionally an FC/PC connector can be offered as well.
The lenses with achromatic are available for the UV/VIS-range in SMA-terminated version or FC/PC-Version.
