The measurement head for reflection getProbe 3301 CIN was especially designed for reflection measurement in the Vis- and NIR spectral region. Due to the direct illumination (without any optical fibers) of the sample by the integrated halogen lightsource, there is a high intensity of light on the sample. This enables to measure samples with low reflectance.
The big measuring spot allows to measure unhomogeneous samples. The reflected light is detected by 7 circular positioned fibers in an angle of view of 25° and is guided to a spectrometer.
The robustness and the smart design makes it easy to handle the measuring head. The cables for power supply and the optical fibers are in a metal shielded tube to prevent from damage. |
